Privacy policy

ELOCompass uses your Google account only to create and authenticate your account. We receive your stable Google account identifier, email address, display name, profile image URL, and email-verification status.

What we store

We store your account identity, secure session records, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, current membership status, synchronized training progress, match history, and assessment records. Assessment records include assigned positions, submitted moves, active and elapsed time, overtime and visibility-change counts, assessment/model versions, and limited device/input metadata used to evaluate reliability and fairness. The app also keeps an offline-capable copy of training progress in your browser. We do not receive or store your card number.

How information is used

Account data is used to sign you in, prevent duplicate accounts, provide paid features, support billing, and protect the service. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

Sharing and retention

We share data with Google and Stripe only as needed for sign-in and billing, and with infrastructure providers needed to operate the app. We do not sell personal information. Account records are retained while your account is active and as needed for security, tax, dispute, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time, manage or cancel billing through Stripe, revoke Google access in your Google Account, and request account deletion or a copy of your stored account data.
