Terms of service

These terms are a project template and must be reviewed for your business and jurisdiction before public launch.

Membership

Essential is billed at $9.99 monthly. Premium is billed at $19.99 monthly or $199 annually. Applicable taxes may be added by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellation

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Unless required otherwise by law, cancellation stops renewal and paid access continues through the current billing period.

Training service

ELOCompass provides educational chess material and computer analysis. Ratings, evaluations, and recommendations are estimates, not official ratings or guarantees of competitive results.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, misuse another person’s account, or resell access. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
